Note: Three-phase grid-tied only - no battery input and no backup output, so it feeds the building and exports the surplus under net metering. Sungrow recommend up to 25.5 kWp of array on a 17 kW inverter - a 1.5x oversizing allowance. Two independent MPP trackers, symmetrical at 25 A each with two strings apiece (50 A total, 64 A short-circuit), over a 160-1000 V window on an 1100 V ceiling. The current shown is the maximum AC output current, which is what both Sungrow sheets publish for every model in the range. Rated output current at 230 V is 24.6 A. Peak efficiency 98.50% and European weighted 98.10% - higher than the smaller RT-P2 models. This sheet adds ground-fault monitoring and per-string current monitoring on top of the surge, arc-fault, leakage and PID protection shared with the rest of the range, and supports LVRT, HVRT and active/reactive power ramp control for grid compliance. C5 anti-corrosion and IP65, but note this one is smart forced-air cooled rather than naturally cooled, and draws under 6 W overnight. 21 kg on a wall bracket.
