Note: Grid-tie inverter, not a hybrid. Huawei market it as a Smart Energy Controller and the datasheet calls it Battery Ready - there is a DC port (600-980 V, 16 A) that accepts the HUAWEI Smart String ESS 5-30 kWh later, but the sheet has no off-grid output section, and at publication the footnote still read that ESS compatibility was coming. Treat storage as a future upgrade path, not a feature you are buying today. Backup needs the separate Backup Box-B1 and is capped at 3,300 VA single-phase on a 5kW inverter, so it will carry a few circuits, not a house - if you want real backup, the SUN2000 MAP0 hybrid is the model to look at. Maximum discharge 5,500 W once a battery is fitted. Two MPPTs at 11 A with one string each, so the design is long strings rather than many. PV ceiling rises to 20,000 Wp only with SUN2000-450W-P optimisers fitted throughout. AFCI arc-fault protection and PID recovery built in. 17 kg, IP65, natural convection, under 5.5 W overnight.
