Note: The only IP65 battery Fronus make - dust-tight and protected against water jets, where the rest of the range is IP21, IP40 or unrated. That alone decides it if the battery has to live outside or in a damp plant room. Fronus print usable capacity directly at 4.7 kWh against a 5.3 kWh nameplate, tested at 90% DoD and 0.2C. Cycle life >6000 at 25°C ±2°C, 0.5C, 90% DoD to 70% end-of-life. 100 A output with a 200 A peak for 10 seconds. Operating range is slightly tighter than its siblings at 0-53°C charging. 48.5 kg - the heaviest of the 5 kWh Fronus units, which is the price of the sealed enclosure.
